A third generation native Houstonian, Cathy brings an extensive knowledge and experience of the Real Estate market in the Houston area.  She offers her clients an outstanding level of service. Honesty and integrity are two characteristics that have helped Cathy build a business of repeat clients and referrals. 

 

Cathy chose to stay at home while she raised her four sons because her boys were all good athletes and played sports year round, including traveling teams in the summers.  When she found herself volunteering 40-60 hours a week while she was raising her family, she decided it was time for her to return to college.  Cathy successfully earned her bachelor of science with a double major in finance and political science from Houston Baptist University.  After her youngest son graduated, she devoted her full time attention to her real estate career.  Due to  this background, you can be assured that your entire family’s needs will be of great importance to her.

 

She specializes in helping people making a local move selling their current home and purchasing another, but likes working with first time buyers as well.  She has had extensive experience in working with military clients using their veterans benefits.  While the process can be stressful, Cathy focuses on making the transition as smooth and stress free as possible by getting to know her clients and meeting their needs.

 

When Cathy is not selling Real Estate, she enjoys spending time with her family, loves baseball, making jewelry, listening to live music from local bands, reading and spending time with her friends.  She  also continues to enjoy volunteering and giving back to her community.

 

Cathy earned her Broker license and works as a Broker Associate for Zarco Properties, LLC.  She holds Real Estate Designations in Accredited Buyer Representative,  Military Relocation Professional and New Home Construction
